Direct mail marketing with postcards.

Try wholesalers, word of mouth, post cards, yellow letters, attend meetups, REIA meetings, etc.  

When sending out your second through final letters/postcards in your DM campaign, do you send the same mail piece or change it every time?

Hello BP wholesalers and direct mail marketing experts, I am about to send out my first round of "We Buy Houses" postcards and need a little guidance.

You have big dog wholesalers that have big marketing budgets blanketing the Houston area daily with post cards, SMS, emails, ringless voicemails, and virtual assistants phone calling and handling administrative duties. 

@Andrew Mankowski For every batch of leads, we go through a process where we text, call (2 to 3 times) and then send a direct marketing campaign (postcard.)

Absentee Owners have been the go-to list for years, but as the number of investors have grown, so have the number of letters and postcards crowding the absentee owners' mailboxes.Think about working with a mailing list broker.

Unfortunately, they exist, respond to postcards and robotexts and have no clue of FMV.  

Postcards or letters?

I plan to send letters/postcards in the next two weeks.Since I am so green I am considering finding motivated sellers and asking for my fellow BP members from Houston to help me out, maybe JV on wholesale or short sell deals.
