Another thought would be the northern tip of orange would probably be a great place to have one as you have a ton of great things going for you that would maintain year round occupancy such as disneyland, anaheim convention center(perfect str draw), Angel stadium( which also hosts things like motocross and the sort which people like having more room if they are from out of town), the grove(a music venue), The block(a large outdoor mall and attraction center),and The honda center(hockey/basketball center which has hosted a lot of college tournaments and has year round large scale concerts and events).  

And we now just play musical chairs with the debt to keep effective interest rate under 3%.  

I listen to music and, yes because I am a Christian, I read God's Word and that usually gets me out of my self-pity or worry or even depression.

I spent most of my money on music CD's back then.

Now this is coming from someone who basically majored in arts/music.

I actually haven't really listened to music or used Facebook in the last week because I'm hooked on the podcast episodes. 

I (and my property owners) wouldn't want to be dealing with "newbies" all summer that try to bring glass bottles and loud music to poolside - and I guarantee that happens more frequently when people are temporary.
