I bought a few tax liens through the Civic Source web site that Memphis uses for tax sale.

Everything I've read suggests that the technology infrastructure associated with the big guys is the best way to maximize pushing rents and occupancy: dynamic pricing, web penetration, etc.  

I use Web MD for my medical issues, and Turbo Tax for my taxes.

Much like many others in this community I'm sure, I read "Rich Dad, Poor Dad" by Robert Kiyosaki and it changed my thinking dramatically.Through a number of web searches and blog posts I ended up at BiggerPockets and I was immediately hooked.

With many software companies specializing in web based with log ins for owners there is no reason you should have access to your own cash flow reports when you want-units:staff ratio.  

I've been reading mixed comments around the web about this one.2.

Do you have web based programs for uploading and signing documents?

I use Rentec Direct, it's a full web based solution which I do access routinely from my phone.

Finally getting around to an intro and using the web site and forums more.About 2 years ago I listened to a few dozen podcasts as a way to learn more about the possibility of investing in real estate (fix and flips or rentals).
