On that same bathroom, will most buyers be satisfied with the low priced ceramic tile you can get for less than $1/foot, or should you splurge some and step it up to $3 or $4/foot tile, along with adding those expensive detail tiles as well, maybe put some kind of fancy pattern in there, too.

If it's a nicer home, maybe make the fireplace marble.

The marble mine south of the town of Marble is very impressive.
