But if attorney review is still open you can back out for any reason (as unethical and soiling to your reputation as doing so may be), assuming you are using a CAR or the Multiboard contract.The bigger question is how in the world is this square footage issue possibly a surprise at this point?

The areas I'm interested in are North Cincy (Mt Healthy, Finneytown, Springfield Township, North College Hill, this is the area I currently live in), the Xavier University area (Norwood, Evanston, North Avondale), and the Northeast (Kenwood, Deer Park, Amberley, Silverton).

My question is: as an aging tenant and although she is healthy now, if she were to develop a disability due to aging am I supposed to make accommodations for her such as adding wheelchair ramps or converting bathroom showers and tubs to better suit a disabled person?
