If you're planning a retail flip, then you're going to have to go up the food chain more with higher priced homes.

More frightening than having to live under a perceived unfair governing system, is to find yourself with no home, no money, no food to call your own, cut off from your support system. 

Holds up to tons of foot traffic (daycare), food cart drags, etc. get it done by someone who can show you their previous work.

This is largely based on the idea that any mice, insects or whatever are attracted to something the tenant is doing (leaving out food or crumbs) and therefor after an initial period it’s their problem.

It also syncs up nicely with Google Drive, so you can access all your files this way as well as using all of Google Docs apps.However, it is very limited in its functionality as it does not have an internal processor - everything is run through the machine's browser Google Chrome.

I'm down for any place as long as its free and we buy food and drinks to give the establishment a reason to put up with us.
