Cost of appraisal in 3 family house in new haven
I am currently in the process or getting cash out deal on a 3 family house i own in new haven. The mortgage company said the appraisal will be 650 dollars. I found it being very expensive is that correct? Also the closing cost was said to be 5000 on a house that is worth not more then 160K is that normal?
