Hi ,I am in need of a Buyer Broker representation agreement for an individual property (case by case ), since the exclusive listing broker cant share and co broker i have to get paid by the buyer, and want to have this on a documented before presenting the property, were can i find this on line ?

@Krishan Sharma First, to qualify for the Section 121 exclusion of taxes on sale of a residence, you must live in the property two of the previous five years ending on the date of the sale.
