I think if you close the original one it would hurt your credit whereas keeping it open ultimately will improve your amount of available credit which if you don’t abuse it is good for applying for personal mortgages if you need to do that.

it might be but I wonder how many repairs this kind of place would need after such a heavy use and abuse. for the run down properties it is probably ok. but for a nicer property it would be creating more problems in the long run.

Yes, you could file a claim, but may just send you down a road of meetings, paperwork, reports, etc. only to be officially denied in the end.

If you are not comfortable with the situation, you can deny the tenant's request for the additional occupant due to their poor background check.

My lawyer right away objected but until judge looked at in on Friday and denied her stay, we had to reschedule lockout for following thursday which is tomorrow the 4th of november. lockout scheduled for 10 am tomorow after not apying almost 2 years with balance of $70,000, and boom, right before closed tonite she runs in and requests a stay AGAIN!!!!!!!
