Banks don’t like that, nor for resale.Realize this property is part of your family history, but would have an Immobiliarie research the property and identify all issues and give a repair estimate before digging deeper into this.  

Seems like here in BP only PPR has a solid history, reviews and recommendations.

I also started working at a part-time job recently to start building an income history, get a W-2 form and receive paycheck stubs, which are necessary things to have to get approved for a mortgage. 

Look into the homes history on your county's web site(s). 

I was referring to Zillow's credit/history check.

I'm also looking to also report it to credit bureaus so that it's on their rental history.

I was going through the price history on a commercial property my family owns.

I am not aware of any who will ignore the FMR entirely, unless there is a standing history of these rents being paid as described.Cheers!
