Are there legit sites to report Bad tenants in Texas?

We got judgment in our favor. I understand the credit report will reflect it. Hopefully, zillow can pull that information. If the tenant still refuses to pay, what are our options? Are there sites where I can report the bad tenants like a credit report site?
