Pretty much every listing agent I’ve contacted on my own has picked up immediately or called back within the hour so I’m wondering if I should just go without the buyers agent or to be patient.

I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck negotiating bulk orders of flooring at a discounted price.

Knowledge wealth building investors can do wonders with the ability to sell “subject to” with approval for such stated in the deed of trust or mortgage instrument.  

I figure that almost all of our flooring is made in China anyway, so I'm wondering if I can cut out the various middlemen and buy directly from the manufacturer. 

I am wondering if this is a reflection of a shift in our rental market or if others out there are finding the data is skewed high on that platform.  

That can be a wonderful thing as you will have more time for your family.
