Bulk flooring purchase

I have 8+ units that I would like to install plank flooring/vinyl of some sort when the units turn over tenants. I'm wondering if anyone has had any luck negotiating bulk orders of flooring at a discounted price. Is there a good place to do this? Menards, local flooring places, etc?
