Since rates are high now doing a loan with low costs is smart in hopes that in the years to come you could refinance (crystal ball says wait 8 years)         lock the 6.99 apply at another company and lock on a 30 and compare.

I don’t have a crystal ball, but I do think there will be some foreclosures that take place in the second half of the year, possibly in the fourth quarter of 2021 or maybe in the first quarter of 2022.
