I just bought a storage facility in March for 60% of market value and I believe it will double in value by year end.

When I purchased the property I knew there was a lot of potential to rent this house on a per room basis but the basement was also very unsafe (small windows, no stove, cooking plates improper fire protection etc) but it did come with some nice features such as a tankless on demand water heater (great for having lots of tenants).

Having a hard time finding this information on the assessor's website. Do we know when the 2021 assessments will be published/sent to property owners? Thank you in advance!

C-class building that has a laundry facility that earns some income.

I recently reached out to a brand new storage facility owner (The facility is a little more than a year old.)  

On the other hand, having an on-site facility may also enable you to increase rent rates and reduce vacancy, so the payoff could be much faster.

I needed to order equipment for my facility but because of my position, I didn’t work directly with the airmen.
