If a previous idiot vented a dryer inside, or ignored a leak or its because a wet basement, or something that you are reasonably be sure can be corrected, then put an offer minus the cost to fix it.Not a buff on the climate in CO, but a big exhaust fan and some mold spray or bleach might be enough.

Except if in that climate you go to start your new company, no one is going to work for you if you take pay from the workers to pay yourself more.When real wages for workers are stagnant and real wages for executives are soaring, clearly the people at the top (who decide the wages) are choosing to not raise worker wages in favor for keeping more for themselves.

My suggestion only : have an expert perform the work w / warranty- to get top dollar - reputable company to perform the work- numbers must make sense ( return for your repair investment )Make sure disclose issue upfront ( warranty )To be honest: if you’re going to sell the next 5 months will be very important Due to our weather climate
