My wife and I are expecting our first child and while we are really pysch we are now scaried to take risk with our money.

Annual representation of guardian filing simply looks like re-affirmation of a caretaker for an underage child (and for that matter, any legal document with the word 'ward' in it has something to do with taking care of an under 18 y/o individual, right?). 

Of course the last names are all the same, so I am wondering if this is a spouse or a child.
