I just attended the Bigger Pockets Conference and I discovered there were many books you can obtain through the Bigger Pockets website that might help you in your journey.

Those are more realistic table setters for you to begin your journey if you couple that with podcasts and in-person meetups so you can learn from real investors and their journeys.To invest, you will always need to be earning more money so you don't want to start your journey thinking you can do it with no money.

@Uri Frodis, I can honestly tell you it's been the smartest move I've made so far in my real estate journey.

Best bet is to come here and see how things are.

I'm going to bet that they either blocked or closed the vents in the  master bedroom and there isn't really a problem.Explain to them that you need to get it looked at and if they are not going to organize it, then you are taking matters into your own hand and doing it. 

One of the giant missteps of the journey is going too fast, taking on too much, starting way above your comfort level.

I think that overall, multi-unit buildings will be your best bet if you don't want to risk getting in trouble with condo associations.

Your best bet if you want to know that is calling the Section 8 Housing Assistant assigned to your tenant and asking, they may be able to calculate what it would look like.
