The lower cost of living, regional variations, and strong market demand contribute to the affordability and accessibility of homes in the state.

This is totally going to go against the grain, but I've found that minor variations in interest rate are not as important as "closability".

Again like others have stated there will be lots of variation based on market conditions and the way it is marketed and managed.
