investing in Parma / South Euclid OH

Hi all,

After a lot of reading and researching it is time for me to make my first deal.

My strategy it's Buy&Hold - up to 90K SFH for cashflow, and I want to work in B neighborhoods.

Since I am a long distance investor, I will be happy and thankfull to hear from you any info about Parma and South Euclid.

What will be the areas (neighborhoods), that fit my criteria, you will recommend me to focus on?

What is your general opinion about those markets?

Thanks a lot!!

Daniel :)

Welcome to BP Daniel. Parma & South Euclid are both great B-Class suburbs. Another opportunity you are missing, actually an even better opportunity in my opinion is Euclid. Euclid is typically cheaper than both Parma & South Euclid & it's the future site of an Amazon fulfillment center. I see that influx of jobs creating an incredibly strong rental demand in the area immediately surrounding the fulfillment center as the majority of jobs created are the perfect jobs for a tenant base renting homes in the $1,000 per month range.
