The best deals tend to go before they hit the MLS, but maybe you can find something on craigslist or loopnet or a local classifieds section run by the newspaper.  

And the newspapers can tell us all how well that business is doing for them. 

Know the rules of forming an LLC in your state though, in NY we have to print a notice of incorporation in the newspaper for 6 weeks like people still read the newspaper.

You can purchase lists of these properties or you can just scour the newspapers yourself.

Hi Chase,  one thing for sure, do your self a favor and read a daily newspaper from SLC everyday.  

For deceased owners, you can try to use a company that aggregates the info (as Rick mentioned), check your local newspaper, check to see if the info is online, or go to your county's probate court.  

People need to band together, to get information, sign the petition, find out more about the class action lawsuit, see about the newspaper articles we're getting published (me as one).
