These units have much built in, convertible, multi purpose furniture.  

my legal record is squeaky clean. the real answer to why i don't get section 8 is probably because i'm very disorganized and erroneously thought it was for people who are officially disabled. i will look into it some more, thanks. another layer to this is that i'm hoping to live in a place where i can work on the vintage furniture that i sell online which rules out public housing and i think that section 8 would add to the reasons that landlords don't usher me in.

@Mark Mahoney in my state at least, no it must be part of the home not just an armoire or similiar piece of furniture to be a legal bedroom.

Once we got all the furniture out and did a walk-thru with our property manager we had some hard decisions.

You can hire a company or do yourself but use proportion furniture to fix property and rooms.

No second showings to measure for furniture or because "we just aren't sure".

I"m thinking I just need my rental dwelling coveraged but  not the furniture.
