I am a CRE agent in the Inland Empire and come across value added deals on a daily basis.

My goal is to build a Real Estate Renting Empire, I believe I'd be able to purchase almost 2 houses a year (@~$100,000 with a 20% down payment) or atleast that is the goal.

Of course everyone wants to run an empire and make millions but the real challenge is going to be finding the map and process to get you and your business there and not only put in 100% but make the right moves so nothing self destructs. 

I wish to be a professor for the love of the industry and education, but would like to start and grow my empire now so when I do begin teaching, I'll have a nice stream of equity and passive income.I currently am keeping my mouth shut and ears open as I seek to expand my capital so I can put a down payment on my first investment property.
