Similar to the 08 housing crash oil is bouncing back from a huge recession and that affected the research and development of many of the big companies thus removing a large potential supply of oil from future production so it may catch up to us just like there’s a housing shortage in many areas now because of how many builders went under from the GFC.

So that takes me to today....I have approached a couple of builders on possibly partnering on new construction specs.

We are looking for builder/General contractor to build townhomes and Multifamily projects in around Dallas metroplex.

You can work with a builder who keeps title to the  lot and uses earnest money draws from you and the roll to perm financing is in your name when you take title to lot and construction.2.

The contract from the builder has a clause that I cannot sell or rent the home in the first year of ownership.

By the time the 90's rolled around, things did improve but there were still so many builders that did shoddy work.
