I was on the phone with an owner yesterday who is contemplating selling, but will need to bring at least $150,000 to closing, due to the fact that their property is currently worth somewhat less than what they paid in 2022.  

Whether its an answering service or a business only phone, or even email. 

I just got off the phone with a Rocket mortgage lender and he stated that any property intended to be used for investment will require 20% down.

They sold us on a software access for 1 yr, and was told it would be up and running when I got home, and my phone would be ringing once it was set up (it didn't).

Volunteer to answer phones and do open houses for a local Realty Office.Bottom line is - this can be done, but you are gonna have to really kick *** and take names.....Feel free to ask for help here....if you are serious you can do this.

I have not given up on answering questions in here but scaled back some on the private phone calls or meet ups.

The cellphone carrier will turn off the cell phone service if payment is not made.
