I absolutely think it was the right investment because of that but not once did anyone guarantee that this would work out.

Although I conducted a basic septic inspection during the closing, and the system is in good working condition, it still failed the STR inspection.

I ended up hiring a fulltime property manager (from a family referral) for the properties I have in MN and it's actually worked out quite well.

I used Hostify and you can work it into the management system to figure and charge all of that for you.
