I would like hear how you guys are conducting your deals and what NOT to do?

New investor putting offers in just looking to network and converse over things to look out for and what not

Part of the issue could be they speak broken English so there could have been a gap in my understanding of what they did before I called the appliance repair guy.I call a appliance repair company to come out and they state the customer is using too much soap/wrong type of soap and educate them on what not to do.

Not all the houses on the market seem to be how they are stated so he sure to do inspections and whatnot.

I'd rather get a prostate exam then have to sit through silverware selections and coordinate linens and what not!

The per lot price is very low which while on the front end may seem like a great deal, but over time you may realize after putting in a lot of cash for capital improvements and what not it might have been better to go with a more developed/ready to rent asset.  

Hard to judge what might stick and what not.
