I was just listening to a podcast where the guest was saying that any information the property owner volunteers can be considered a "deliberate act" (that is probably not the exact term, but I forget) which allows my insurance carrier to deny any claim.Second, my W2 job is such that I cannot easily miss work, outside of paid vacation (which is scheduled months in advance), I only get 3 personal days per year and I try to reserve those for weddings/funerals/family emergencies.Despite those concerns however, I will probably end up writing the letter. 

More time in the morning, i can take care of some of the me time needed ie. working out, meditation..I get up at about 6-7am.

While we're all here seems like the overall theme is as long as you have hustle.... money and knowledge will follow or you flat out need a combination of all 3 Money, hustle, and knowledge to succeed in REI 

Just a guess, but that is usually a common theme.
