take your bonus, pay down the home and sell it. not much creativity that can be had. if you try and short sell it the banks could still come back after you and it will crush your credit. chalk it up to a very expensive lesson learned - was it driven by FOMO of feeling like you needed to invest because everyone else was making money?

No one would suggest to use their own credit or to take out a loan to buy.  

This might not have been the best kind of credit to use as a construction loan.

Hi, @Mike Lambert I've been talking to some credit intermediaries to get some clarification on the various financing options available.

The DSCR will still have a personal guarantee, and whether reported to the credit bureaus or not it needs to be disclosed as a debt, so there's no benefit there.

Wondering if you have any particular online companies you recommend that checks evictions, credit reports, collects rents, provides a lease, etc... all in one place. what are some of the pros and cons you have experienced with each company. thanks
