They all want a feedback telling them they are "rock stars" :rollseyes: but the software is generally quite good and probably could be even better if the company was better at accepting feedback undefensively.

Personally I am of the opinion that you either need to have capital, which right now you really don't have much of, or knowledge, which you can get with significant effort over a fair amount of time, or you can be one of the shining stars who can use your elbow grease and your hustle to pull down some kind of deal like a "wholesale" property.

Though the numbers might work by a slim margin today when you buy at a 7.5 cap and borrow at 5-6%, the stars have to stay aligned for that to work long term.
