What are the best online sources for gathering all of the needed information in sizing up an area for rental purchases? I would love to expand my multi-unit purchases into the Atlanta area and want to research it and the surrounding areas. Any info would be appreciated!

What are the best online sources for gathering all of the needed information in sizing up an area for rental purchases? (Cit-data.com, bestplaces.net, Census.gov are all free sources. There are paid sources as well such as Co-Star. You can always hire a 3rd party to create these reports as well, but do see any reason logically to do this since all the data is being provided for free right on the internet)
