I think the main takeaway is don't do all of the extensive background check until you confirm they have met prescreen criteria and have paid app fee and submitted app to show they are serious based on their tour. otherwise, you are just spinning wheels evaluating people that might not even be interested once they visit the unit.

YOU see that all over Chicago.. half to fully vacant buildings ... bet they would like some equity.. see you can spin it both ways.. but give me a monster balance sheet and equity over 10k a month cash flow or 20k a month cash flow any day.. that easy to replace with a job..

I know we haven't discriminated, my only fear is them putting their "spin" on something to make it appear discriminatory.Hoping we can resolve this quickly rather than slowly, but guess we'll see.
