Hurry Up And Wait? What to do while waiting for funds?
So I'm new to real estate and trying to get into making some wholesale deals to start. I have some funds coming in but it's taking a bit more time than I anticipated. So my question is this, what do I do while I'm waiting for the funds? I want to keep myself sharp but it feels like looking for deals while I have no way to pay for them is just spinning my wheels. Thoughts, comments, or suggestions? Thanks in advance!
