We still believe that interaction between people is essential on a discussion forum, and we know that if we allow company accounts to engage on the forum, it will certainly lead to spam.- Users will be able to create more than one company.

I noticed the same thing,except most emails were being sent to spam.

What's the biggest benefit to the anonymity other than redirecting spam mail?  

The group gets tons of SPAM requests every day and they may have deleted yours along with them.
