However when looking at a street there are a few obvious things like boarded up houses, a lot of graffiti (that is not artistic in nature), needles on the ground, uncared for lawn/walkways, people on porches drinking from brown bags, lots of adults up to nothing during the middle of the day (not working at jobs) etc. 

      -  Buy 50 lb rice ($.65/lb actually in 3 lb bags on sale) and/or beans. 

I'm in the process of buying a student rental in New Hampshire, and I'm just trying to make sure I don't get caught holding the bag on a bad deal.

She even captured one in a zip lock bag. 

The garbage bins are full and the tenants started leaving black bags out on the ground.

The cat is definitely out of the bag in regards to the cash flow here.

If you can't find somebody to assign the contract to then you are left "holding the bag."
