Lockhart does stand on it's own but is being approached by Austin at a rapid rate.

We currently reside in Colorado Springs which is growing at a rapid rate but we are open to investing in nearby areas as well.

Parts of the city, albeit a small portion, are gentrifying rapidly. 

Sure, some areas will yield more, but the population is expanding rapidly and we are not building homes at a rate to accommodate the growth.
