At that level I decided not to take a chance about legality and just include it in the cost.  

Right now his blood level is 4 on whatever scale they use.

I accepted that at this level, I need a lawyer which would cost $1,250.

It's not the only thing you should consider, but definitely a metric.Next level is to get ahead of the curve and learn where big chains like this will build in 6-12 months since those companies predict growth and demand there.  

Drilling down to the single property level is one of them. 

I said that I would walk if they didn't up my nightly rate, which they did, but still not to a level I was comfortable with as quickly as I wanted.They recommended a cleaning company, but I ended up letting them go in favor of Moxie Girl, which specializes in short term rental cleaning and who I highly recommend.With all this said, I have continued with Evolve as my rates are now where they need to be and I like the convenience.Hope this helps!
