Hi, 

I am looking at rental properties in Troy, NY and I was wondering if it is legal to charge water for duplex without seperate meters from the renters. Where can I find some sample lease forms? Do tenants there pay for snow shovelling? 

I am new to East coast investing and want to know how the renting process in NY works if I buy something to manage it myself.
