Networking at local REI meetups, joining investor groups, and connecting with experienced flippers can open doors.

I grew up where lots were much larger and houses were much larger and it took me a while to adjust.

But I know sometimes I may need to sell to get a larger lump sum up front to help with lack of any other income currently. 

This gives me access to a large network of skilled contractors, including plumbers, HVAC specialists, electricians, and general contractors.I’ve identified a promising opportunity with an auction property, but I’m unsure how to accurately estimate rehab costs with only a small window to do so.

The problem will be no larger than you allow it to be.

I tend to have an easier/faster time renting my 2 bedroom units than the larger ones.
