I'm aware of those scams and I verify all employment by looking up the employer and calling or visiting them (last one would be for an extreme case, calling and internet sluething is good enough).

Like others said, your best bet is finding a DSCR lender that will do a 1 year PPP at a 7% rate (possible with a few point buy downs).
