Both are great spots, Vis Major is the place where I typically schedule the meetups and in my opinion has some of the best craft beer as well as a really cool atmosphere.I am registered to run/jog on Sunday.Look forward to meeting you!

They put it up on a tablet if in person, and it not only makes them look 'cool' but less paper, easy to reference, data storage for waiting lists, and you can always print the application if need be.And echoing @Christopher Giannino We charge whatever the credit check fee is, and apply it to the 1st month's rent if accepted.

Its right on the lakefront and goes through the 4th of July, so its pretty cool to watch your band from one eye, while watching the fireworks over the water with the other.

They don't build neighborhoods like that anymore.In the meantime, I'm hoping the market cools soon.
