New real estate investor and new to BP

Hi everyone my name is Matthew Crawford. I live in Hurricane WV. I have been reading, watching videos, and going to seminars for 6+ months now. However, I just recently found BP. I am most interested in starting with a BFS but have not yet found my first deal. I think I have enough knowledge to find a deal but would feel more comfortable if I had a mentor to help throughout the whole process.
