I felt like they didn’t offer much value and David Greene’s book was a good enough guide to not have to use them.

How many hours (or days) do they spend running all over God's green earth to show houses to a buyer that can't make up their mind and then suddenly disappears and never purchases anything?

I am very green when it comes to multifamilies, and I was hoping that some one could look in to there hearts, and go over the numbers on this deal just to make sure I am not making a bad purchase.

It more than likely will be purchased to be used as a Short Term Rental (vacation rental) as the area is a recreation paradise for both summer and winter sports.

If I were to stay in I would use the advice from David Greene's book Long Distance Real Estate Investing to help build systems.
