If you have 3 prong outlets, must be grounded, will test.

Under those 4 windows you need some beautiful flowers right across under every window purple, red or something that stops just below the windows, that alone is your cheapest curb appeal. 

The washer is currently plugged into an outlet that was previously labeled "Upper Unit" and there are several other outlets labeled this and other that are labeled "Lower Unit".  

When they moved out I eventually discovered that one of my electrical outlets wasn't working.  

(I'm an extrovert who works from home so this is my outlet!)

You need to look at rental rates in your area, and if you have to weasel clause in your lease like the tenants must mow the lawn, water the plants/flowers, trim the plants, that could scare away tenants.

For instance if an outlet breaks and is replaced and forgotten about.  

Secondly, if you've purchased a house that needs a little help, you would be shocked at what paint, new fixtures and a few flowers can do for value.

I wish I would have investigated more outlets for getting my foot in the real estate door.

HOWEVER some important pics are missing which are pics I always include when sending pics to rehabbed (when wholesaling) or when my business partner and I analyze a potential rehab: roof, electric panel box and switches, wall outlets, siding, windows backyard, front yard/walkway/steps.
