Mixed rental vs purchase stage of their lives I suppose.

I read some mixed reviews saying that they have hidden charges.

I am trying to figure out which ones would be the best to invest my time in, if I was hoping to meet a lot of fellow RE investors.I feel that these things are a really mixed bag when it comes to attendance.Can anyone recommend the most well attended investor networking events in Houston and Dallas?

You way decide  to use your money to compensate for you lack of time by hiring people to do your work, or you can do the work yourself, or a mix like I did.

what evaluation programs are you guys using to determine the best mix of price and utilization? 

Of course we would all like national chains for center mix because it helps lower cap rate on resale and they might pay more per sq ft then existing mom and pop to regionals.

You buy one 2-3 family, live in one unit while the tenants pay down your mortgage.Where you're mixing things up is that you don't have to pay off the entire thing.

Prices are cheap and there are some good streets/areas still mixed in there.
