How are we here having a conversation like it is even ok to let the statement "Multifamily is Pay to Play" in the first place?

Even if I have a buyer, I still post it, and as buyers contact me about the property, i tell them that property not available, but I have a conversation with them about their Criteria.

I currently am completing a garage conversion and another Junior ADU that will add 1278 sqft between the two units.

I completed an owner build garage conversion in Sac in 2022 and would be happy to share my experiences.

I would actually recommend having a conversation.

Alternatively, you could get the appraisal done, let it get called out and then have a conversation with the bank saying that this is all that is needed and with it is a full contingency release.

I have moved on from this wasted conversation.
