I find this discussion very informative, and have to say I appreciate how civil and respectful it has been despite opposing views.

@Kevin Collins you are asking for advice and I am taking time out of my day to actually give you a different view point in an attempt to help and assist you but you are upset it doesn't quite conform and confirm your thoughts in the way you expected. 

Instead, investing should be a means to taking care of our needs and improving our life style.

Take this example and remove the LLC as a part of this conversation for simplicity.

But again, if you're going to take it down to change out furnishings anyway, then the timing could work out well.
