I am finding it a bit challenging to keep track of all the URLs like HOA, Electric, Gas, Solar, Taxes, etc. in one place. 

If they neighborhood is still appreciating, if rents in the area seem to keep growing, and if interest rates come down, could all turn an "okay" deal into a great investment.  

Specifically, there's job growth (Intel, Honda, Amazon, Nationwide, etc) and the population is growing (unlike Cleveland or Cincy).

I do have all my eggs in this basket because I do believe that we are growing and improving ahead of many comparable midwestern states. 

There were temporary support beams in the basement along with enough moisture to actually grow mushrooms in the basement crevices!  

Urbana has one of the only Level 1 trauma center hospitals in the state located outside of metro Chicago, the university is a source of furnished housing, and Champaign county is one of only a few counties in IL with a growing population.

I am looking to get another passport and prefer my kids to grow up in Latin America where values are more consistent with mine.

Would also be curious to know about some of the additional tech stack to consider, as I am sure there are gaps in each of these platforms for handling specific scenarios. 1) I’ve been curious about how other property managers handle tenant retention, especially as portfolios grow.
