SEO, website, etc.- cost of leads/contact lists- costs of dialers and CRMs to effectively lead generate and follow-up with all contacts- time invested to learn your target market(s)- time invested to learn the sales side of your business (aka lead conversion)- much more... i'm sure some of our fellow BP members can chime in here...If you're willing to do all of this to start a brand new business as a wholesaler, I'd say go for it!

-After my first wholesale deal I'll likely invest in targeted direct mailers, a little SEO/pay per click and website management, and the same developer I'm familiar with can build and manage a FB page, write webiste blogs etc.

Any time someone starts researching "real estate investing," they come across terms like "Dead Equity" and other things compelling them to be perpetually as mortgaged to the hilt as possible, so if they find you via any SEO or marketing efforts involving or targeting "real estate" and "investing" next to each other, it's often going to be too late for you.This is meant as productive feedback, please take it as such.

Don’t get me wrong, no disagreement with the SEO impact of Instant vs manual approvals on new listings, but as others have said once you’re established as one of the more active listings on any of the booking sites you’re similarly ranked unless guests go out of their way to check the Instant Book filter.

Would you go the fivver route and hire a SEO and targeted marketing pro or would you use one of the crms like flipster or REI black book.My goal is to be able to have some type of out reach during my 9-5 because I can only make so much use of my time in the morning, lunch and after work?
