Much easier to get an equity loan later than a purchase loan up front.Should also get you a better deal, as you can act fast and/or buy odd or fixer properties to BRRR.

Stick to your original reason of renovation, because odds are good the occupancy argument will be a loosing one.You need to turn off rent payments for them in your portal.
